Delete a Inventory Item

It may become necessary, for whatever reason, to discontinue selling a particular inventory item. Should this occur you will need to delete the item from the database.

Example 1 Within the Administration Menu, take option 3 within the "Inventory Items", to display the delete screen (example 1).

Example 2 Select the Inventory Item to be deleted from the dropdown box. For SEO purposes, the application was designed to physically create a web page for the Inventory Item when it is created. Upon deletion, the webmaster will receive an e-mail, informing him/her that this item has been deleted from the database and that the physical web page can be removed from the web host servers.
