Create a New Secondary Inventory Group

You've decided to start selling "Widgets", and you have already created the Primary Inventory Group item for them, and you've already prepared and uploaded a thumbnail image that represents the "Widgets" product line. You are going to carry two of the numerous "Widgets" products, square widgets and round widgets. A Secondary Inventory Group will need be created for each. Example 1 Within the Administation Menu, take option 2 within the "Secondary Inventory Group", to display the create page (example 1).

Example 2 Upon load the "Create Secondary Group" page looks thusly (example 2).

Example 3 From the dropdown box select "Widgets" (example 3).

Example 4 The "Description" field will be "Square Widgets". The "Secondary Group URL" will be "square_widgets" in all lower case characters. The "Thumbnail Image URL" will be the name that was uploaded from the "Image Upload" function. Note: you must append a ".jpg" at the end of the image string name.

Example 5 Repeat the above two (2) steps, replacing "Square" with "Round" as shown.

Example 6 The results of sucessfully creating the "Square Widgets" and "Round Widgets" Secondary Inventory Groups when taking the "Widgets" link. Each will have a seperate web page that displays the Inventory Items for sale within that group. Example 7
